Live Reptiles

We offer a 7-day live reptile guarantee. Any issues must be reported within the introductory 7-day period. We reserve the right to request a certified veterinarian report if the said illness is inconclusive.  

We consider it the buyer’s responsibility to have the proper housing and husbandry care requirements taken care of before the purchase and shipment of their new animal. If something occurs within the first 24 hours of your animal’s arrival, contact us immediately! We will work together to figure out if there is a resolution that can be agreed upon. This process will be significantly easier if you send Jade Reptiles photo proof of the new enclosure prior to us sending you the animal; this is highly encouraged.

Shipping Guarantee

If your live animal arrives deceased, is visibly unhealthy or is damaged in any way upon arrival, the customer must notify Jade Reptiles of the deceased or unhealthy animal within two hours upon receiving the animal(s). A video of the unboxing and a photo of the contents will be required for verification. If the animal arrives deceased a full refund or replacement will be provided so long as the verification video and photo is provided within the two-hour window. In the case of a sick animal, proof of veterinarian care within 7 days of delivery will be required as well as video and photo verification.
